Forest Bathing - A Journey into Samhain

Samhain is the end of the year and the beginning of the new year in the Irish tradition. Let's celebrate this turning point by offering gratitude for what we will harvest from the lighter times of the year. We will welcome the darker times here at the midpoint between the fall equinox and winter solstice in this forest bathing walk. 

In forest bathing, we go outside into nature to go deep within ourselves. Participants are guided to quiet down, slow down, and listen to the quiet voice inside. The session will culminate with a tea ceremony on the land. Forest bathing is not a hike but a saunter in a beautiful natural setting. Learn more about forest bathing here.
