The Path Back to You

A Women's Rest & Renewal Retreat at Kripalu

November 13–15, 2026 | Stockbridge, Massachusetts

Nature. Reflection. Connection.

View our sample itinerary here.

If you've been longing for space to breathe, to reflect, to reconnect with yourself, and to be surrounded by women who are asking many of the same questions and sharing similar experiences, this retreat was created for you.

For one weekend, you'll step away from the pace of everyday life and into the beauty of the Berkshire Mountains, where nature, meaningful conversation, silence, and community create space for something we rarely give ourselves:

Time to remember what matters.

This Retreat Is For You If...

  • You spend much of your life caring for others and rarely make yourself the priority.

  • You're drawn to nature and find that something shifts when you're among the trees, but find you spend most of your time indoors.

  • You're looking for authentic community—not small talk.

  • You believe there is more to life than checking things off your list or buying the latest product.

  • You're curious about the deeper questions of life and want to explore them with grounded, thoughtful women.

  • You're exhausted and have been receiving the message that you need to take some time for quiet, peace, and reflection.

  • You long for some time that nourishes your body, mind, heart, and spirit.

You don't need to have all the answers. You simply need to be willing to show up exactly as you are.

Our Time Together

Throughout the weekend, we'll gather for experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and remember yourself.

Together we'll enjoy:

🍃 Meaningful women's circles

🍃 Guided mindful outdoor experiences in Kripalu's beautiful natural setting

🍃 Reflective journaling and quiet contemplation

🍃 Gentle guided meditations and inner journeys

🍃 Time for laughter, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection

🍃 Spacious moments for rest and simply being

There is no pressure to perform, fix yourself, or become someone new. There is no pressure to participate in all of the activities. We celebrate when you choose you!

The Gift of Kripalu

One of the reasons I love leading retreats at Kripalu is the beautiful balance between our time together and the freedom to create your own experience.

Outside of our sessions, you can enjoy:

  • Daily yoga and meditation classes

  • Beautiful walking trails

  • Delicious nourishing meals

  • Quiet spaces for reflection

  • The sauna and wellness facilities

  • Time to journal, read, nap, or simply sit with a cup of tea

Some women leave feeling restored, peaceful, and able to breathe a bit deeper. Others leave with greater clarity. Many leave feeling more connected to a community. Most leave remembering parts of themselves they hadn't visited in a very long time.

What Makes This Retreat Different?

I don't believe transformation happens because someone tells you how to live your life. It happens when you feel safe enough to hear your own inner wisdom. My role isn't to be your guru. It's to walk beside you because I am experiencing many of the challenges you are experiencing. I don't have all of the answers, but I truly believe we can learn from each other.

For more than twenty-five years, I've supported women and families through life's most challenging seasons. My own journey has included profound loss, healing from trauma, raising a child with autism, leading a nonprofit organization, and learning—again and again—that our deepest wisdom often emerges when we slow down enough to listen.

Nature has been one of my greatest teachers, and I believe it can be one of yours too.

The women who gather at my retreats aren't looking for perfection. They're looking for honesty. For community. For deeper conversations. For wonder. For a place where all emotions are welcome and where there is time for rest and to choose what you want to do.
