In our modern world, we often feel disconnected and many of us are longing to venture outside to reconnect to our true selves through a connection with the great outdoors. Part forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku), part meditation, and part walking - come experience a deep, therapeutic connection with nature. Mindfulness and Spiritual Coaching

Mindfulness and Spiritual Coaching are designed to connect you with your own inner voice; the voice of your soul. Coaching sessions are designed by the coach and client to explore internal and external barriers that keep you from listening to your intuition. These blocks and barriers are likely at the root or core of whatever is holding you back from discovering your life purpose and taking action. Together we work through real-life situations and create a doable plan for moving forward and creating lasting change. Life coaches help raise the consciousness of the client for transformation and healing and empower the client to meet and exceed their goals in a kind, compassionate, non-judgmental space. Sessions may include meditation, energy healing, and shamanic practices in addition to coaching modalities.

Private or Small Group Gentle Yoga

If you have ever thought about trying yoga but didn't know where to begin, private or small-group yoga classes may be just what you are looking for. Private lessons are taught at your own pace in a private space. Learn correct alignment in each pose, how to modify poses for your body type or specific needs, and how to use movement to facilitate the mind-body connection. Small group yoga is great for a group of family or friends who would like to do yoga together.
