Friday Night Hikes!

The exact location will be emailed prior to the event.

Join me on a 1-2 hour easy hike. These hikes are for women who... 

 ...don't mind stopping to "smell the roses" - meaning we may see something along the trail and may pause for a few minutes to take it in. This could be the tiniest leaf bud, a bird flying over,or a reflection in the water...

  ...will "hike your own hike" - this means that some women have a slower pace than others. We may slow the pace of the hike because "no hiker left behind"!

I'm putting this out for women like me who... 

...may work in a "professional" field AND enjoy talking about and learning about the more-than-human or unseen world...

...love talking about all things spiritual AND geeking out on the scientific research that backs up what spiritual beings have known for centuries.
