October Mindful Outdoor Experience - Wild Geese

Take some time to connect with yourself through immersion in nature. Spending time mindfully in nature can help us calm the mind, release stress, and just simply allow us to breathe a bit deeper. This experience will be based on the poem, Wild Geese, by Mary Oliver (www.maryoliver.com). A prolific nature lover, in her OnBeing interview in 2015 she said, "I got saved by the beauty of the world." Join us to connect with this beautiful Earth the way Mary Oliver did.
