Roots + Wings New Moon Women's Circle (with Cacao Ceremony)

Join us as we bring back this sacred gathering of women. We come together from all paths to connect with a community of like-minded women for:

• mediation
• sharing from the heart
• intention setting under the New Moon
• connecting with community

Come back in alignment with your true nature, values, and your own wild, wild heart. The sacred circle is a non-judgmental, safe space to share our ups and downs, smooth and rocky points, and what grounds us (roots) and what helps us soar (wings).

(These circles are part of an international network of circles via The Wild Woman Project www.thewildwomanproject.com). We welcome all women, including our trans sisters.

Cacao is the bean that chocolate is made from in its purest form. It is gentle, grounding, and heart-opening. Drinking cacao and sharing in the cacao ceremony can help us with focus and clarity in our meditation and intention setting.

* Cacao is a gentle plant medicine and does have some contraindications. Please see the list below and discuss concerns with a physician: Heart issues, taking SSRI or MAOI's, Pregnant or nursing.

If you prefer not to drink cacao during the ceremony, no worries! We can do the ceremony with your favorite tea and there is plenty of tea at the Center to drink. Please feel free to bring your own or drink ours.
