About the event

"Soulful Strolls: Experiencing Forest Bathing" invites participants to embark on a journey of inner exploration and nature immersion. This session is designed to guide individuals through the practice of forest bathing, allowing them to connect deeply with the natural world and themselves.

Led by experienced forest therapy guide, Beth Reel, participants will embark on gentle strolls through serene forest settings, where the air is rich with the scent of trees and the sounds of rustling leaves. Along the way, they will be encouraged to engage all their senses, from feeling the texture of tree bark to listening to the melodic songs of birds.

As they walk, participants will be invited to slow down and fully immerse themselves in the present moment, shedding the stresses of daily life and opening themselves to the healing energy of the forest. Guided mindfulness exercises will help them to cultivate a sense of peace and mindfulness, while also fostering a deeper connection to the natural world.

Participants will not only experience the physical benefits of spending time in nature, such as reduced stress, blood pressure, and heart rate, but they will also discover a profound sense of inner calm and connection that will stay with them long after the session has ended.
